Three of the major SEE blue chip indices concluded the period Nov 2 – 15, 2015, in green. The highest growth of 3.54% on a two-week basis was registered by the Istanbul Stock Exchange’s (ISE) BIST 100 index, which peaked at 83,777 points on Monday, November 2nd. It was the index fourth consecutive rise.
The BET index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) gained 2.85% in the same period. Top three companies with the highest turnover were S.N.G.N. Romgaz SA [BVB:SNG], Banca Transilvania SA [BVB:TLV], and BRD – Groupe Societe Generale SA [BVB:BRD].
The Bulgarian Stock Exchange’s (BSE) SOFIX index kept its positive performance from the last week and climbed by 0.18% for the two weeks Nov 2 – 15th.
The other two indices were dressed in red. Serbia’s blue chip index (BELEX), BELEX 15, lost 2.60% from its value, falling for a second consecutive time, while Croatia’s CROBEX index (ZSE) remained almost flat by posting a 0.05% decrease.
